Hailing from Vancouver, Chorus Developments, Nordic Projects and Chrysalis Acquisitions came together with a shared belief: that thoughtful homes are built the way you'd build them for your own family. Practical, beautiful, generous in light and air.

Where many developers chase density, we chose restraint — three homes instead of four, so each could feel roomier, calmer, more livable. Tree-lined streets out the door; Cambie Village, Main Street and Olympic Village a short walk away.

The Bromley sold out and was completed shortly after — a quiet success we're proud to point back to.
