Set in the heart of Mount Pleasant, the city’s new hot spot for arts, entertainment, fashion, and local artisans, The Bromley residences reflect the charming character of the neighbourhood, while also raising the bar for modern living in the heart of the city.
We’ve done other developments in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant community. Our most recent project, The Camden, was a finalist for the 2014 Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association Ovation Awards in the category for Best Townhouse/Rowhome Community. It sold out soon after it went on the market and we believe that the story will be the same for The Bromley.
What we love and understand about Mount Pleasant is its unique setting in Vancouver. The area is lush with tree-lined streets that compliment the traditional character homes. These quiet, residential neighbourhoods are all just a stone’s throw away from the city’s hippest restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores and coffee shops. With Main Street and the Cambie Corridor just around the corner, Mount Pleasant truly offers everything a homeowner could want — all within walking distance.
Our Vision
When we set out to build the Bromley, we had a few objectives in mind. We wanted our town homes to reflect the quaint, traditional style of the character homes in the area, while also exuding a touch of elegance, modern appeal and style. We wanted there to be flexibility, which is why some of our units have basements that can easily be converted into mortgage helpers. We recognize that in our continuously growing urban landscape, developers have lost sight of comfortable living in their endeavour to house everyone. For this reason, we chose to reduce the density of our project. We could have built an extra home, but decided it was better to make the units roomier. These townhouses, will feel like a home. They’re perfect for an urban family.
